Tomorrow is the read-a-thon! I’m participating for the first time and here are my plans.
1. I’m supposed to start at 1pm (GMT). But I will actually start at 10am .
2. readerbuzz has come up with two ways of doing the read-a-thon: full read-a-thon and read-a-thon lite. I’m aiming to do the lite for now. If I can extend my hours of reading, I will.
3. My pile of books to read are:
Damballah by John Edgar Wideman
Sugar by Bernice Mcfadden
House of Day House of Night by Olga Tokarczuk
The Club Dumas by Arturo Perez-Reverte
4. I will post updates every 3 hours.
I’m ready!
Goodluck with the read-a-thon!! and happy reading 🙂

Hi, I am hopping over from the Book Blogger Hop and to thank you for stopping by by blog. I am so jealous of the read-a-thon. I will be curling all weekend in a tournament which leave little time for reading. Maybe next year? Have fun.

Sounds like a good plan. I must admit that I am jealous, I so want to participate! Looks like a great list of books too – I read Queen of the South by Arturo Perez-Reverte years ago and remember loving it, I am interested to see what you think of The Club Dumas.

I’ve read quite a few books by Perez-Reverte: loved The Fencing Master and the Flanders Panel, I did not like The Nautical Chart at all. I felt he went overboard with descriptions of sailing stuff!. I’m excited to read The Club Dumas.
