Good morning! Last night, I saw my toddler to bed and read for one hour and then slept.  I woke early and continued to read.

Title of book since last update: Damballah (collection of stories) by John Edgar Wideman

Thoughts on current read: I just started reading the first story.  The blurb says that it is part of a trilogy but can be read as  a collection of stories on its own. The typesetting makes a bit of strain to read it.
